I'm looking to buy my first atv.

I've been into the performance PWC world for years.

I've owned some pretty mean machines.

I am now wanting to get a atv now. I am mainly going to be doing trail riding.

I have my eyes on the Outlaw 525, and I really like the looks of always all the 450's.

I am a speed demon, and I love to wrench and add performance to my rides.

Any and all suggestions will be awesome.

Thanks guys.

So your wanting your first quad? The polaris would be my last choice. Why, the aftermarket for them are very bad. I would go with anything from the 4 major manufactures (Honda, Suzuki, Kawie, or Yamaha). I had my best luck with Honda being very reliable. I owned or ridden every Yamaha and wasn't impressed with them. Suzuki has the 450r great quad when you get bigger tires for it but no reverse. And Kawie has there 450 and its pretty good. If you want I would look at ebay for new ones because most times your getting new ones for alot less being 1 or 2 years old. But heck I own 2 Honda 400ex's I like mine alot. I like them so much I'm building a 3rd to race cross-country or hare-scrambles only. This is only my opinion.
