I have owned this yfz since 2005, it has been stripped and rebuilt with the sole purpose of winning TT and Short Track events.

2006: Won Atva national championship in 265B
2007: Placed 4th in Atva 265A

2008: Only raced 4 times

This quad needs nothing to be race ready at any level. The shocks have been rebuilt every year by Mark at Baldwinn Motorsports. The brakes where rebuilt and Beveled by Glen Schlude of Atv Innovations. Every year Tom Carlson breaks down the motor and completly rebuilds it. Thanks

The no-link swingarm and shock were one of three custom made for Keith Little in 2004 for his tt yfz. They are no longer avaliable.

The inverted brake caliper holder was done by Bud Fischer of Fischer cycle two years ago to allow more room for the silencer. Anyone who has owned a yfz has probley ruined at least one exhaust. This unit allows for the pipe to clear the caliper when the suspension passes through its travel.

The wiring harness of the quad was cut down to the bare essentials for the kick start.

The sub frame has holes to make it lighter and the seat has been cut down for a lower ride height and I cut the seat so that a hump is built in.

Every season Tom Carlson of Tc Racing has rebuilt this engine from the cases up. The cylinder, head and carb have all been flow tested to match. The quad was tuned and ridden by Tom himself. With a custom cam made by tom himself
