How many of you have spent the extra money and used the All Balls or Pivot Works rear axle bearings? How long are they lasting for you?
The reason I ask is that when I got my 250R, one of the first maintenance items I did among other things was change the rear axle bearings. I used one of the cheap bearing & seal kits on ebay. I really don't have that many hours on it and when I look at the carrier now; the seals and bearings seem to be in good visual condition, but the bearings turn a little rough already.
Before I put it back together, I think I'm going to replace the bearings & seals again. Just wondering if there's truly any difference in the actual brand or quality of the bearings.
