can any one get the fog or haze out of this picture??

unfortunately i have a really good picture program on my computer....but for some reason it wouldn't get out that hazey foggy look...sorry...hope someone can help ya.

i couldn't get rid of the fog without altering the colors. Here are a few that i did.
