A little help please

I am haveing my 2005 450r stroked as u can tell from my username it has already ben punched out 2mm it has also been ported hotcam st2 fmf factory 4 exaust and k&n filter no lid 1mm oversized intake valves and a 12.5 cp piston. the crank im getting is a falicon 68mm my question is i bought a 43 stright bore carb new from moto xperts for $400 it came with the hot start cable and hotstart perch and I have a noss adapter. Do i just glue the noss adapter on and where should start with jetting I live near St Louis Missouri I have no experence with FCR carbs. Please help the last thing I want to do to my new build is run it lean.

Mine is similar build. +3mm bored and stroked. I'm lower in
elavation (sea level), main 178 adjustable pilot, 3rd clip on the
needle. Start fat work from there. Good luck. You can epoxy the
noss on to the carb.
