tps voltage

hey i have a 2004 450r and i'm trying to set my throttle position sensor voltage to the right voltage. Right now i have my tps voltage set at 507, the manual says between 490 and 510, but i'm sure honda set the tps to a certain voltage before sending them out.

so does anyone have a voltage reading or anything that can point me into the right direction?

the tps establishes resistance across a wiper within a potentiometer, and does not produce voltage.....
