300ex snorkel

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a snorkel for a 300ex. I have been riding on the river that is by the house and it makes me nervous running through a bunch of water with the factory intake. Thanks for any help in advance.

I have ideas on how to make one, and my brother and I have already thought about it. We both have 300ex's and both ride through creeks.
I am just curious to see what others have done.

I haven't done one, but it seems like an easy and effective way would be to block off the ports into the airbox that come out of the frame and put an elbow on the rear of the airbox that extends back and up.

The grab bar would provide a convenient anchor point.

For extra power, extend it above your head and face it forward for that '80's Trans-Am Ram Air effect. :D

That was what I was thinking about doing, except for the '80s ram air effect.
