1st gen 400ex hoods??

ive seen guys on here with the 1st gen plastic and there running a racing hood on it, where can i get this look? i have maier race front on my 01 400ex but like the hood look:confused:

some people run the maier 250r scooped hoods.. not a fan.. if you can find one, the other option is a carbon fiber quadtech hood. people either love them or hate them :p

does that quadtech hood go on top of the plastic, in other words will it work on my maier race front

yep, you just need to drill 4 holes to mount it.
