Well this has been my project for the past three months and I wanted to see what you guys thought. I will be racing it in the District 6 series. The only thing I have left to put on is the 450r hood.

oh and this is what happend after my first ride. lol now I have to wait another month to get the motor back.

What happend? I was gonna say threw a chain but thats at the back of the motor.

we don't no but our best guess is that fedex dropped it and it cracked and then when I rode it it blew out the cracked part.

nope. nothing to do with fedex. that is a very very very common case problem on 300's. check your counter balancer bearings.;)

that sucks. what front end set up are you running?

The front end is JRD long travel 400ex a-arms with custom axis pro air shocks. It should not of just naturely been the cases becuase we just recieved the motor back from tc racing after he did the complete build and he said he inspected the cases before he assembled the motor. And that first ride was just the 10 minute break in period. But you never no it might of just been really bad luck.
