can figure out how to replace lower shock bushings on 99' 400ex

so i went to the honda dealer and told them i need new shock bushings they gave me two sleeves that had diamond shaped grooves in the interior. I unbolted the lower shock mount and now im stumped. I tryed pushing out the old ones but i cant figure it out. any help?

YOu need to drive the old one out, it's pressed in. A brass punch works well.
