What does it include and where can I buy it for an 06 450r.

It includes head pipe (no its not titanium for all the people out there that think it is) camshaft, sub wiring harness, airbox resinator blockoff and some other hoses and fittings. I got mine on Ebay for around 250.00 shipped and it is worth every penny. Just follow the directions exactly and you will enjoy the kit for a long time. Another thing to do if you are trail riding is drop 1T in the front. It woke mine up tremendously.

where can u buy just the HRC cam and about how much would it be?

No problem. I did forget to mention that a jet kit and new needle will be included too.

the cam is just a crf450 cam..dont know wat year but thats wat my engine builder told me....he said the cam timing on the stock trx is like backwards or something..not sure but ya its just a crf450 cam
