I have been offered a 2003 TM 250 2 smoke.

Anyone know anything about these things?

never heard of TM besides the old suzuki's.. i do know the 250 2 smoke is one fun bike, i just picked up an RM and i love it

TM is a "boutique" manufacutrer. Nice bikes with top-notch components. Ohlins,Excel,FMF,Magura,Talon parts come stock. They are beautiful bikes and use some creative approches to design...oval frame tubes, steel/aluminum chassis and sand-cast cases. It WILL handle like a typical European bike though, so be ready for that. Some like it, some can never get comfortable. Much of this comes from the fork design and no-link rears.

You're biggest issue is going to be parts availability. You will have a difficult time selling one to anybody that isn't a TM lover.
