I really like #1......I think it would look better on white plastics. But #2 has the best look out of all them.

#1 looks nice...

#2 has POP!

#3 though is for me. I am a sucker for the American flag.... My Cannondale riding friends would give me crap for it though, since it is a Japanese Honda..... :)

Can you tell me more about the Flag graphics? Are those installed on dark blue Maiers?

The Flag graphics are by BRM Offroad Graphics on black Fullbore fenders. As for being American, 80-90% of the quad is American made, Lonestar frame, swingarm and axle, Laegers's a arms, Axis shocks, Fullbore plastic, IMS foot pegs, Roll Design steering, Japanese engine modified by me to 401cc. How much more American do you want?

Hey, I wasn't trying to be offensive, you can see my Sig, I have a nearly identical quad. You just don't know how these guys are, I am still getting crap for being on a Honda...

As for the graphics, I LOVE BRM! They have always been awesome for me! They did the flag graphics for you?

Thanks!

The Cannondales were 95+% American Made... Which is why I get so much crap from my friends riding them.... :)

My vote is No.2, however I would like to see No.5 cleaned it looks nice. I have always been a fan of white plastics or white frame. I run the CT Kit myself, they don't have the "Pro-Cross" on them anymore.

Nice bikes, especially the powerplant on No.3. Do you still own all of them and do hill climbs? Speaking of which, can you email me some pictures of those climbs to daniel.k.hung@gmail.com? I was telling a buddy of mine about it. Details of location would be great, so I could share.

Thanks,
Dan

I have always like the look and themes of your bikes.
Im going to have to go with #2 as well. I love the "factory hybrid" look and you can always tell its a Honda from a distance.
Man i wish i could find a gravel pit like that around here. I grew up in them and thats where i feel at home. Anyone know one around Portland PM me.

Looks like #2 is the hands down winner so far with 75% of the votes. When I got back into quads in 2004 there was nothing on the market that I wanted to buy so I purchased what I knew and loved best from years past, a 1988 TRX250R. I wanted to build one like I had in the early 90's and I always liked the red 88's. The one that I found to buy had brand new black Fullbore fenders on it and I didn't want to go out and spend another $500-$600 on red plastic so I looked around for a graphics kit I liked and put the blue CT Racing on the black plastic ans loved it. It's been 5 years and have tried other but have always gone back to the black and blue CT because I liked it so much and haven't seen another with that combo but in the back of my mind I still wanted a red 250R like my old one. So now I have a red 250R with CT Racing graphics that looks awesome also, I really like it and may have to go riding today even though I had knee surgery 13 days ago. Thanks for all the nice comments and for the record the gravel pit hillclimbs are my buddy Hang1P who has long surpassed the teacher and has now become the master of Dayton Sand and Gravel.

Yes, the gravel pits. Those are some of the best action shots out there IMO. Good stuff! As far as riding goes today, the doctor would probably lean on the side of recommending to stay home and rest. :p Definitely don't show him/her the pictures. ;)

I drink that. I'm old and get hot and thursty in the dusty gravel pits.

Man ive always loved those pics in the gravel pits. Also have always liked your blue graphics on the black plastics. Dont see that combination hardly ever. But nice choice on the red as well. Either way... you cant go wrong with either of those choices. Nice job... once again...

Just a question, what kind of rad is that your running?

I have several sets of tires but I like the 20" in the front so usually just swap out the rears for the different riding areas.

I'd love to come riding with you guys sometime. I gotta see some of these hills and you climbing them!

I also noticed both of you guys run the Razr2's. How do you like them in the pits. I pretty ride in a pit all the time and I need new tires bad. I was gonna go with GNCC's, but thinking they may be too soft. So, how do the Maxxis tires do?

hang1p
09-05-2009, 04:27 AM
razor 2's in the pit work great even after a little wear. They pull hard in the sand.
