timing dont line up

fly wheel and the other hole on the tranmisson side dont line up? but the piston is tdc when tranny side hole is lined up perfectly. ??????? big deal or no? also the timing chain kinda slips on the spocket on the flywheel. is it a one way chain?

i dont think the chain is one way, there isnt any markings on it.

do you have a aftermarket flywheel, or key or something?

im his brother. no. he doesnt have a aftermarket flywheel or key. only thing done engine wise is new crank piston seals bearings and gaskits. and head work.
