Help! New yfzr with red light on and lost all the water out the bottle, ant ideas??

Hi, my new yfzr has done a couple of race's, both motocross and enduro, but at the last enduro race, which was 2 1/2 hours the red light came on after 30 to 45 mins and the water bottle was empty, the system and rad cap has both been pressure tested and are fine, any ideas????

The same thing happened to us at the WORCS race at Havasu.
I just richened up the map a little, filled it back up with water, and it's been fine ever since.
