You need a MI sticker ($16.25) and a ride sticker ($8 per day) both available there. If you ride anytime before the weekend following labor day you'll need a voucher. Your EX needs a spark arrestor and is subject to a db test. They check everyone for the spark arrestor but I've only seen the guys rev'ing engines in line get checked for db. You'll also need a specific flag. They're kind of picky but you can buy them at the gate for $20.

2 websites that will help:

never been to silver lake, but ive been to little sahara twice.. don't ever lose momentum going up a hill.. you'll stop going up and your rear tires will just dig in haha.. then you look like a fool. been there, done that. also ALWAYS have a spotter if you're jumping. not making it up a hill can make you end up like this  :huh

SAFETY FIRST, always know where you are and the people around you,( some guys like to tip the bottle a little much) if u sit on top of test hill make sure others below will be able to see your flag(dont sit to far ahead), and if you dont make it all the up and deside to coast back down DO NOT use your rear brake or else your front will pick right up and may end up on ur a**, use your fronts. and remember the dunes change shape everyday, have a great time, i will on labor day...heres a pick of test hill in mid july
