k first yesterday i went to ride and it was raining so kinda muddy i was riding for like 5 minutes and then my bike started dying and would not start i had to push it back to the tuck but once i got it to the shop it started and ran fine. so i adjusted my clutch cable and lever so it more comfertable for me and now i rev my bike up and it does not completle rev down it idels louder for like 15 seconds then it goes normal. any ideas on why this is

Did the engine light come on when it died, are you running a PC 3 or Fuel Control Module? If so it or your ECU may have got wet once it dries it may work fine. That be my first guess since the idle speed is controlled there. I'd check all your connections there, put some dielectric grease on them.

Have you taken your throttle body out lately?
