i put my graphic kit on got all the water from underneath it i could see...about 3 or 4 days later bubbles popped up what do i need to do do it like window tint put it in the sun or what?

they are just air bubbles. you can use heat gun, hair dryier, or sun light to heat graphics up and try and work them out if they are close to the edges. do this by heating up area and taking credit card or flat object and push the air to the edge. once the bubble makes it to the edge it will come out of the seems. if they are in middle of graphics, you can take a small pin or razerblade and put a small hole in it. that will release the air outta the bubbles. the reason for heating it up is it will make the adhesive sticky again so when the air is released, the graphics will stick where the bubbles once were.

If it's on the tank you are talking about, you just need to cut some slits, or else it will never work.

set it out in the sun, when u put them on it helps if you let them sit in the sun all day that day

yeah i already did it ha great minds think alike i have a squeege and just forced them out and left it in the sun all day hopefully thatll do the trick if not ill live with them haha
