anyone know of a how to for installing a parking brake blockoff to the ol' 400?

step 1 remove the parking brake on the rear brake caliper by unbolting the 2 bolts.
step 2 put the parking brake blockoff in its place.
step 3 bolt it back down.
step 4 take cable off and go ride

yep. just as straight foward as getting the tools out the tool box and putting it on....i think its either a 12mm or a 14mm bolt

The hardest part will be getting the cable off. It runs up through the frame and if I remember correctly there was one that was bit hard to reach. It shouldn't be a big problem though.

if you got the one without an o-ring on it, fill the hole up with grease and put some rtv on the mating surface to seal it up and keep water out.

If you dont care about the cable, like me, I took bolt cutters and cut the cable in 2. Makes it very simple to remove. Just pull it out.

10 minute install max.

yea i got the tusk one so it comes with an o-ring. ill probably just cut the cable also. no plans on putting it back on. thanks for your guys input. much appreciated!
