Finally got the athena cylinder and Stock 90 pipe running good. when we first start it it wants to pick the front wheels off the ground when it launches, the after about 4 trips up and down the road it seams sluggish off of the line and revs out slower. Is this the the big spring getting soft? it is a 1500 ZTR. It only has about 4 hours on it. The clutch also has the red small springs (what do they control?). The rollers are 4g. Any idea would help greatly!

Also, What is the key to getting it to idle correctly. I have a PE20 with a 42 pilot and 125 main with the air screw 1.5 turns out. Does this seam about right for Central Indiana?

Thanks!

Eric

You need to change your pilot to a 38 and that will fix it. 125 and a 38 pilot is normal around this area.

.
yes , your t-spring is losing a little tension as it gets hot, I think 3,75 rollers and a fresh spring will take care of it and vent cvt cover to disapate heat.

Kept fouling plug and it was hard to start when warm. I now have a 38 pilot and a 120 main, air screw out 1.5 turns. starts first kick warm or cold now! I think I finally have these minis figured out..... Find some wood to knock on!
