I just recently purchased a HMF eliptical full exhaust for my 2006 Honda TRX450R, engine is bone stock and started up fine before exhaust change.. I also have the stock air filter and lid off. Elevation here is 800 feet. Put in a new spark plug. I jetted it with the HMF baseline settings using Keihn jets and the adjustable needle:
Baseline jetting for a full system:
Fuel screw 2.5 out.
Pilot:48.
HMF needle 3rd clip from the top.
Main Jet: 165.
For the life of me I cannot get it to start up. I went over everything again just to make sure I didn't install anything wrong and I could not find anything. I am getting spark to the spark plug and when I pulled the plug out I noticed it was wet with gasoline. I even tried taking the air filter off thinking it was getting too much fuel but that didn't help at all. I'm not sure where to go from here. Do you guy's have any suggestions?
