its going to need new tires before too long

the back fenders look kinda funky to me, one looks big and flared up and the other looks like its kinda saggin

2800, toss up, if you have the money and really want it, go for it, but i would shop around a little more first

Is that USD? If so, that seems like alot for a 400

If I remember, the valves woudl stick, swingarm would snap, and the axles broke near the carrier. Been a long time since 03... :D

Heck, save about 1500 more and you can buy my 06 YFZ :D

Also had problems with the front shock mounts on the frame breaking as well.

Like TRXman86 said, remember its been a long time since that quad was new lol... its around 6 years old now. i remember you saying last time how the pricing for quads are in canada :ermm: ...But even in canada that does seem a little steep for an 03. They're going for around 1500 here. This must be frustrating for you since there probably aren't many deals floating around in your neck of the, sooner or later a deal will come around. Do the prices drop up there in the winter time since everyone switches to sleds?

looks like the handlebars may be bent also. Thats what it looks like in the second pic. I know the wheels are turned but it still shouldn't be that low.

Well, That is the cheapest one in my area. Most of the others are around 3600 haha. The prices dont really drop alot, but I will just see a few more of them for sale. I wanted to buy one now, and during the winter, as I got more money, I would buy some nerfs, K&N filter and some other stuff and fix it up as a hobby.

I cant really tell if the bars are bent or not :ermm:

A friend is selling a '08 z400 (I believe, may be a '07) Great shape, Q2 silencer, nice nerfs, shock covers, wicked a arms, dyna ignition, and a few other things. I think hes asking $2800 USD and is still having a hard time selling.

If you like the KFX/Z400's, definately look for 05 and up. Suspension, cam, carb, and frames were all improved.

your in the states though bud. If that bike was over here you'd get probably 4500 to 6000 for it. depending on the overall condition. If I lived in the states I'd probably have 8 quads by now your prices are rediculously low.
