View Full Version : Installing new inner gars?

Sondre broke the gears on the Apex 100 and i need to replace them before the weekend,i have newer done this before so if any of you can tell me how to go about it that would be great

Its very easy to do. Remove the rear clutch. Take out all the allen bolts and pull cover off. Take the clip off the sprocket side and it pushes out. Good Luck.

Thank you Toby,removed the old gears today,will install new ones tomorrow.Big thanks to everyone that replyed by PM.

The gear replacement went well.but we had some bad luck on race day,one of the other kids had pulled the theter on Sondres quad and not put it back right,so we had a dnf on moto 1 as a result of this,however he went on to win moto 2.Well it was a fun weekend any way so thank you guys.
