It's the center mount for the Blingstar Natalie or monster peg
nerfs. It bolts to the lower engine frame mount.

Its brand new. I have brand new clips and brand new nets to the nerfs but no nerfs! LOL

Yeah I thought about it, but when these Monster pegs go, I'm getting the Factory series, so no use for me.
