cam help

i did some searching but didnt come up with too much,
i have an 04 450r i mostly trail ride, with some mx looking for some more low/mid range power and im not sure what cam to go with HRC or HOTCAM, also where cam i buy eather one. Im looking to spend about 250.00
the bike has,
full yoshi exhaust
uni airfilter,open airbox
jetted

that sparks cam is looking right, do i have to do anyother mods when i do the cam like reshim the valves,also is there a manual cam chain tensioner instead of the spring one, they always went bad on my cbr f4i and RR

Sparks and the 02crf are pretty much identical from what I understand and have heard guys say that many times on here
