OMF doesnt shell out wheels so i know he paid something for them.
I have a team sponsor with them you get stuff at a discounted rate but not for free.
It says $1200 in the post i can buy 2 sets of Hipers for that price.

if you spent 1200 on wheels then your just retarded seriously, thats way overpriced, hipers are only like 650-700 on ebay and dwt champion in a box for 400

believe me it scared me to ride on them...and i paid about 75 for them actually because i am sponsored and we actually offset the cost because we print tshirts and i gave him the retail of our t shirts for his discounted price.

these are some of the lightest wheels on the market...didnt hav a scale but the omf superlites felt lighter than hipers in my hand...and that is less weight for the rear tires to spin...which makes me faster:D

Just because i have a team sponsor doesnt mean i have to run their wheels they arent giving me wheels for free.
There are other people on a team and i prefer the look of the Hipers over the and like DBL over the OMF.
We also have them weld reinforcing rings on from them for the kids race quads.

I'm pretty sure even douglas beadlocks are lighter than hipers too? Correct me if I'm wrong.

i thought the reason that people bought hipers were because they were light???

is it because of the dual beadlocks?

they look badass:D

the concept of carbon fiber?

They don't bend like an aluminum wheel and if they crack or break hiper will cover it.
