what way do you turn the pilot screw on a stock 400 ex carb.is clockwise (in) lean or rich??

check the old post I remember seeing it somwhere

It's a fuel screw so turning it in would lean it by letting less fuel by. Alway remember if it's on the motor side of the carb it's fuel if it's on the airbox side it's air.
