+1 or +2, please help

I'm getting ready to purchase a houser steering stem setup, but I'm not sure if I want +1 or +2. I ride a TRX450 and I'm 6'2" with long legs. I know I want to go taller but I don't want to buy the +2 and regret it. What are your opinions?

I am 6" and i have a plus 1.5 stem with bars that have a 4.75 inch rise. So go with +2, youll be too hunched over otherwise!

I agree i am 6'2 and rune a +2 stem also.
