ive gotten lucky on this one, it hit NYC really bad jfk was a 3 hour delay an hour ago, i dont no how it is now. just missed the eastern end of LI were i live. but good luck with getting through the storm:o

Im pissed. We had a 500 dollar tent, about 20ft long, on our patio outside (don't know exactly what they are called, it wasn't exactly ours). We had plenty of ruff storms, didn't do nothing but move this thing a bit... I was under it fixing the legs as the storm was moving through... Before I knew it, it flew up over me and got hung up in a big tree. tarp was ripped, 5 poles were bent in half :mad: ... Then had to deal with the power out for 5 hours. It was a nasty storm! Nothin to do but have a few when the power goes out :blah: ;)
