photoshop download?

can someone help me find a photoshiop free download not trial. i wnat to be able to edit photos and all that good stuff thanks

i tried to find a free download too, and eventually gave up.... then i downloaded GIMP its not as good in my opinion, but it works alright, i would love to have photoshop though.....
