Alright so i replaced the bent steering stem. and im guessing the guy who had it before adjusted in too the bent stem because the aligement is way off. does any one know how too adjust this correctly so i can turn a circle in less then a country mile haha

is it like the toe in and toe out? if so, just use a tape measure and adjust until the distance between the back of the two tires is the same as the front.

ok thats more of what i wanted do i want any tow in or out if so how much

Try to make it as straight as possible. If anything, there should be a bit of toe out.

HAHAHA, I actually mounted alignment heads on my 400ex at the garage (suprisingly they actually fit) and set the toe to 1/32nds positive on each side. That was a bit overkill though, and the average guy doesn't have access to an alignment machine.

if you toe in its more stable at speed but pushes a bit in the corners, toe out is a little squirrely at speed but cuts the corners better. You measure the inside of the rim from one to the other on the front edge and the back edge. Toe in or out should be about 1/8" . Toe in or out is a preference thing, try it out see what you like.
