450 parts on 400

i need to know if a 450 swingarm or hubs will fit my 04 400ex?

yes it fit but you will need the whole rear end, swing arm, dog bone, hub, carrier, break stay and caliper ,thats what i did on mine!!

brakes are a bit better and certain years are longer than the 400ex swinger so it works out good. steve

i believe they do but some are the same length and some are longer. i am not sure what years they are though. you can search it and find out cause this was in a thread not too long ago. steve

The 450r hubs are the same ones you have on your 400ex. They are the same part number. The swingarm will fit but the alignment of the chain will be slightly off. You can however machine the sprocket hub to make the alignment correct.
