What is the quietest aftermarket exhaust you can buy now days?
Most places to ride are starting to have rules saying:
We check loud bikes/ATV's with a decibel meter - 96 db is the limit. You MUST have a stock muffler or quiet performance muffler.

well i would say that the fmf q is the quietest but there are a few under 96. the t-4 is 95 and there are some others that are 95 too. just about any can be made quiet with a quiet core at least to 92 or 94, steve

I was just browsing ebay and looks like the only exhaust on there with quiet cores are HMF. Is this like a spin off of FMF?

the hmf is one of the loudest pipes out there. the quiet core dosen't reduce the sound too much

fmf and hmf are totally different. you have to get the quiet cores seperate from the slip on or the full exhaust. steve

You can pretty much buy any exhaust...just get a quiet core for it and you're set!
Minus a few of course.
