Engine Ticking

My 87 250X is ticking pretty good i think its coming from the rockers. Is this somthing is should take care of right away or can it wait for a bit? I dont realy know to much about these motors.

you just need to adjust the valves

I adjusted the vavles to the specs in the book and there is still a nasty tick?
