Thought I saw it the other day and have searched again, but can't find the post...can someone help me with the rear clutch removal for an 09 DRX90? I removed he nut, but can't figure out how to remove the rest of the rear clutch(totally different setup than the z90)...thanks in advance

Take the belt off, remove the nut and little o-ring and the entire clutch bell and assembly will come right off, to get to the primary spring, you will need to take the large nut off,BUT, make SURE you have a person holding down on the clutch as there is pressure on it, or use a clutch tool....
I was pulling on the bell put it isn't budging?

Take a hammer and gently tap on the bell , or get a three arm gear puller to get it off .
ok thanks...will give it a try
got it thanks...no o-ring??? Does it go outside the bell before the nut?

The o-ring should go inbetween the nut and the clutch cover. The purpose for the o-ring is to keep the bearing in the clutch cover from walking out.
So if you were to assembly the rear clutch on the shaft it should go like this
1- rear clutch
2- clutch bell
3- nut
4- o-ring
Hope this helps
Thanks! I appreciate it!!!
