hotcam ticking

i just put a stage 2 hotcam in my 400 havent got 2 break it in yet ,but i've heard they have a noticable tick. i just want to know what to look for before and after breakin.

After you break it in re check the valve lash and you should be good. It's ok to have alittle tick all aftermarket cams do it.

I have the stage 2 in mine and its a little louder than the stock cam but thats due to the wider gap for the rockers.
