I have an 05 with the DASA classic. Ported head, +1 valves, HRC cam, and a stock piston right now. I run 190 main jet on mine with the stock piston, 205 with the 13.5:1 JE.

i'm running a 48 now, just can't really tell the difference. Doesn't run any smoother, but the pilot screw is turned out 1 turn.

You need to get the bike warmed up and then put a tach on it, it makes it alot easier to adjust it.

172 main, 48 pilot, needle 3rd clip is a common setup for a combo like that around here.
