Still looking for a 38 airstriker; currently watching a few on ebay. Would like to get an idea on where to start jetting wise, or how close it will be to where my 38PJ was.

My motor:

Stock cylinder & head
67.5mm Wiseco Piston
Thin head gasket; 195-200psi compression
Midrange ported by RB Racing
FMF Fatty & FMF Silencer
RAD Valve, carbon reeds
Airbox with 1" holes, UNI filter, snorkle
50/50 mix of premium pump and CAM2 110 fuel
Klotz super techniplate @ 40:1

38PJ was:
DGH needle on 4th clip
175 main
48 pilot
airscrew was approx 1.75 turns out

The PJ was a pain to get jetted in once I got my motor work done, but once I homed in on that setup, it ran excellent with no complaints. Started 1st/2nd kick cold, could idle for 15 minutes+ w/o loading up, great throttle response thru the rev range with no coughing, bogging, or sputtering, and the plug read a nice light chocolate brown with no fouling.

Thanks for the help!

I just put together an LRD 250 with the following:

.40 over stock bore
Rad Valve
Air box lid off with K&N
200psi
FMF Gold series

38 PWK A/S
52 Pilot 2 turns out on the air screw
DDJ 4th clip down from top
175 Main
