This is my 2006 450er, i polished all the aluminium out, it is a stock swingarm but i sanded it down smooth and polished it out, i sanded the spindles, parts of the hubs, and parts of the brake calipers and polished them also. (pics were takin before numbers were put on)

looks really good but that wont be the case after the first muddy ride:p unless your building a show bike.

it all held up jus fine at loretta lynns this past weekend, and it will never touch mud unless its a national, "Though shall not take race quad mudding" haha

looking good bro. i know polishing is alot of work so glad you had the patients to do it cause it came out nice.

Thanks, yea polishin took along time, but the worst part was sandin all the aluminum down smooth haha, there are no ruff spots and all edges are rounded off. I guess u could say i got a little obsessed haha.

thanks, yea the seat cover seems to turn alot of heads, its jus a factory effex seat cover and then my dad painted the striping on there...and for those of you tht might think it will wear off, it has been rode on many times already and my dad has done many motorcyle seats and the paint will last along time.

yes they are, there holdin up good, theres alot of clearcoat on their

The whole frame is paint, no powdercoat, it looks even better in person because the paint has alot of pearl and metallic in it.
