Who makes your engine? Looks a lot like my sons Outlaw 90 motor which is an Aeon . Had numerous problems with this engine. However, is a good looking machine.

The engine is a honda clone asian made gpx. We have a pit bike with a similar motor & it has been great, keep the oil changes & run the heck out of. My son also has a can am ds 90x with same motor as the outlaw & we have had bad luck too. It's for sale & we are looking to buy the fxr 150

Their frame is chromolly. Weighs only 205 lbs. Their 125 or 90 can race in Jr. & Sr. Production with their auto-clutch kit and 90 production with the manual. They feel a lot lighter than the TRX.

So why did you change the a-arms??? Those would be great for XCR racing with the ground clearance.

18 inch in the front and the rear. Razr cross
front tires are a better choice IMO a lot more
grip and don't tend to slide as much

I am pretty sure the mx tire comes in 1 size
