i was wondering if that is the case saver behing the front sprocket cover that metal piece and the bolts go through it

Yes it is! You can get an aftermarket one as the stock ones r not the best

also i ordered a tusk billet for mine and was wondering if the front sprocket cover would still fit with this saver thanks

You could try it but i doubt it!! It looks good with just the billet cover on there. I have one myself
