Yes it is them. Laz of GT Thunder was/is a part owner of the company. You can still get the shocks through him.

Lazarus Sommers, the owner of GT Thunder, builds and distributes HLS suspension in addition to his revalves/rebuilds. I have a set of these at my place right now. They also used to be available from HMF, but I do not think they stock them anymore.
