breaks work 1/2 the time?

my rear brake are messed up, i no my rotor was bent so i replaced it thinkin it would fix the problem but it didnt. if iim ridin and i us them a lot they work but if i dont use them they dont work when i go for them. got fluid and it not leaking that i can see annd not losing fluid. ????????????????

they work when you used them alot becuase youve pumped fluid in to the cylinder. and when they dont is cuase there is not enough fluid in the cylinder

Sounds like they just need to be bled.

x2 bleed them out and you should be good to go...
