Which Cam would you go with ?

I got an 04' CRF450R that im looking to put a HotCams Stage 1 or Stage 2 in. Wondering how good the Stage 1 is in the mid-range? And does the Stage 2 effect the bottom end what so ever?
Don't know if this matters but if it does then here it goes...engine wise its stock bore and stroke/no port job, but i have every other little thing done. SS+1 valves, 12.5:1 Prolite Piston, Boyesen Complete Clutch/A.P./QuickShot, ScaryFast PowerNow, HotRod Complete Crank&Rod assembly, ect.

i would leave that stock in it, a stage 1 would be a down grade, when i put my stage 2 in my bike, i didnt really feel a difference. i would sell the power now and save enough dough for a port job, much bigger difference
