300ex vs 350 worrior

I was wondering witch is faster a 1997 300ex stock or a 2004 worrior with a aftermarket muffler. what would be faster better in mud speed stuff like that

i say 300 unless it is a good exhaust and he has other stuff done along the lines of a bigger sprocket and stuff. the raptor barely kept up with my sis's 300ex in a drag. i had it until the last 20 ft when he finally got to top speed with the bigger sprocket. just my .02 though. steve

The warrior will be faster if the riders are equal. I have experienced both.
300ex's definitely have the notch when it comes to handling, but in a straight line the warrior stock for stock will take it. With the exhaust it will win by that much more.

I own both, well actually I have a Warrior and a 250x, but my 250X is piped, jetted, sprocketed, K&N Intake, so it's pretty quick...But I think the Warrior is faster in a straight line. The Honda does handle better, less tippy.

The Honda's motor is smoother, so I think that makes it feel a little quicker too.
