z400 fan help!

so my z400 fan was already wired to run constantly...then i hit a stick in the woods and my fan started making weired noises then would kick on and off....so i took a look and the lower right switch on the radiator was busted and the 2 wires broke off...so would it hurt anything just to wire those two wires together??

how did u wire it to run constantly?
does it run your battery down quick with it on all the time?

idk, it was like that when i bought it....and nope the battery is just fine
