Where not to paint

Hello all, I am getting ready to send of my 86 250R frame to get powder coated. I was hoping I could get some input on places where I should mask off.

Also, is it important to put bolts in the threads on parts to keep paint from getting in there?

i did put bolts in all threaded holes or else you can probably run a tap through them. i think all i masked off was where the bottom of the steering stem sits in the frame
