High Flow Exhaust Inserts

Anyone ever used one on there bike or know anyone who has? If so, is worth spending $40 on. I wanna add some power to my 400 and give it a better sound, but dont want to pay the price of exhaust yet. So i was wondering about these.

If you are talking about the aluminum end cap that they sell on Ebay,don't bother.They make the quad sound terrible and don't really do anything other than that.Just save up for a slip-on and you will be much happier.

You can get a Lexx slip-on for under $200 shipped brand new. I just bought one a little while back, and I like it better than the WB E-Series I had.
