pipe,carb,motor work???? help

i want to buy something that is going to really wake up my 400 but im not sure? how much of a difference does the fcr carb make or the qwicksilver make? would it be worth buying the carb or having motor work done such as a 416? whats a good pipe also?

I would go with the 416[around $300 in parts]+labor.. & white brother's makes a good proven pipe!!
