Honda HP4 Oil -- Moly or Not??

What is the difference between HP4 with moly and HP4 without? I have been using the without formula the whole time I have owned the 300EX. I accidentally got some HP4M-- Can I safely use it??

my owners manual says not to run HP4M(moly) at all in my 250ex.

:eek: NOOOOOOOO never put moly in an engine that shares motor, and tranny oil, your clutch will be gone. just run the hp4, unless you got a crf, i run moly in crf cuz the oils are separate. moly is way too slippery for a wet clutch
